Det er der mange holdninger om. Den mest g\u00e6ngse definition er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>Gamification handler om at tage noget, der ikke er et spil og anvende spilmekanik for at \u00f8ge brugerengagement, lykke og loyalitet!<\/em>&#8221; &#8211; Gartner &amp; Burke, B., 2012<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dette betyder, at gamification tager elementer fra klassisk spil (kaldet spil-design) og de generelle principper og teorier, der g\u00f8r man deltager i et spil (gameplay) og anvender dem i andre sammenh\u00e6nge (Ikke spil sammenh\u00e6ng)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For det andet anvendes gamification normalt til at l\u00f8se problemer. Disse problemstillinger sp\u00e6nder fra sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om engagement p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen til at tr\u00e6ffe at tr\u00e6ffe et valg. Dette er en liste over blot nogle af de problemer, som gamification kan hj\u00e6lpe med at l\u00f8se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medarbejderes engagement i at dygtigg\u00f8re sig p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salgsmedarbejders ydeevne<\/li><li>Evnen til at udf\u00f8re opgaver<\/li><li>Ydeevne til sportsarrangementer<\/li><li>Organisatorisk produktivitet<\/li><li>Din evne til at komme ind i processen<\/li><li>Videndeling<\/li><li>Crowdsourcing<\/li><li>Rekruttering\/HR<\/li><li>Kundefastholdelse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gamification vil altid skulle bruges anderledes efter hvilken sammenh\u00e6ng man skal bruge dette i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e6s mere omkring disse brug i menuen.
